Hey guys my name is Jesse and I just wanted to tell you about the worst week of my life. It began on Monday morning on my way to work. My car breaks down on the interstate. I call up AAA but they say that I did not renew my membership and the tow would cost me 100 dollars. I so I drop my car off at the repair shop and finally get to work. I try to explain to my boss what happened but she does not care and tells me that I should either get a better car or leave earlier to work. A coworker gives me a ride home and when I get there the car repair shop calls me and says that the repair will cost about 3000 dollars!!! That zapped my vacation that I was saving for. By Wednesday things just got worse. I needed a way to get out of this from a doctors note and I did not really care if it was fake or not. At 6 at night I noticed that my dog was not acting normally. Then she just collapsed, I bring her to the vet and they say she had a heart attack and will probably not make it. I had to make the decision to put her down and take on a 300 emergency veterinary medical bill. I felt terrible so I called up my boyfriend to comfort me and he starts acting weird.
When I tell him to come over he tell me that he does not want to because he planned on breaking up with me today. I start screaming at him on the phone and I can hear his friends just laughing in the background. Doctors templates and great to have on hand and getting a good fake one is really hard to find. I am a complete wreak and decide I am not going to go to work the next day but remembered that I used up all my vacation days. The only way I could avoid work is being sick and I needed a doctor’s note for that. Not wanting to pay the 50 dollars for the co-pay since I already spent a good 4000 that week alone I call my friend up to ask for advice. She tells me that I should go and get a fake doctors note. She used it before and worked like a charm. I called the office the next day and said I was really sick and would return Monday. I buy a template and follow the instructions and it looks great just like a real note. You can different variations of notes like dentist notes templates. By the time I return on Monday I give my boss the fake doctor’s note and she just glances over it. YES it worked and I get back to work. That was absolutely the worst week of my life but it would have been even worse if I had to work for the rest of the week. Thank you for allowing me to miss work and recuperate.
